With over 18 years of experience in designing and implementing digital products, I’ve partnered with companies from different industries (SAP, Amazon, Rio Tinto, Target, Petrobras, Suzano) and led product teams to create solutions that serve millions of customers worldwide.

I truly believe in the potential of design + technology to create big changes. Since the beginning of my career as a software developer, I’ve been passionate about finding creative ways to leverage technology to solve problems. Through this journey, I've discovered that Design has the power to humanize technology.

This blog is my open journal - a place to share insights, strategies, and stories from my journey to help you create a design-led culture, embrace innovation, and develop human-centric solutions that make a positive impact in the world.

Here's a quick glance of my professional journey so far:

  • [2006] I started a small business developing general management apps for small companies.
  • [2008] Worked as a Software Developer focused on data integration and analytics as part of Rio Tinto's Global ERP rollout strategy.
  • [2009-2011] Moved into a Tech Lead role implementing corporate software for multiple industries in Brazil.
  • [2012] My first contact with Design Thinking and Product Management, working in SAP Labs (Palo Alto) piloting in-memory technology with strategic SAP Global Customers in short innovation sprints.
  • [2013-2017] Design & Innovation consulting for companies adopting disruptive technologies. 100+ engagements for a wide range of industries in Latin America.
  • [2017] Joined Amazon and became part of the core team responsible for launching Brazil's first Retail business and Fulfillment Center.
  • [2021] Started this blog to share my experience with people like you!
  • [2020-today] Leading a product tech division at Amazon responsible for a portfolio portfolio serving internal and external customers in 19+ countries. Product range from internal developer platform, compliance automations for partners and AI/ML-enabled solutions for efficiency.
