A new kind of artist

#254 - May.2025

This has never been so actual:

"Thus our task is to make a new kind of artist, a creator capable of understanding every kind of need: not because he is a prodigy, but because he knows how to approach human needs according to a precise method. We wish to make him conscious of his creative power, not scared of new facts and independent of formulas in his own work."

This was Munari in 1966, quoting Walter Gropius's vision for Bauhaus.

AI is creating disruption. Many people (myself, for sure!) are questioning how we can reskill in this new age of automation. I think that the answer lies in what technology struggles to replicate meaningfully: Our creative judgment and human connections.

We are lucky to be in an era where creativity will become one of the most valuable skills. Today's technology allows us to express our creative power in ways that were not possible before.

We are witnessing a creative and builder's revolution.

You are the creator and artist that the world needs.

¡Saludos!
