[Weekly Retro] Start with trust

#259 - Jul.2025

Weekly Retro is a short e-mail with a wrap-up of ideas from the week, interesting links I found, and food for thought before you head off for the weekend.

Hi there!

How do we build great products in a new world driven by AI and intent-based applications?

Starts with trust.

Trust is created at every interaction. How we handle each of these interactions will make people love or hate your product.

Trust will be one of the most valuable currencies in the future.

🧪 Things I've been testing

This week I continue playing with Claude Code trying to find other ways to interact. I was impressed.

With very limited prompting and basically a scrappy-handwritten mockup, Claude Code was able to implement in less than a minute a functional app based on my ideas.

Other application on the market are already doing this (e.g. Lovable), but the fact of having Claude agent working through terminal really speeds things up!

Output:

  • Perplexity launched a new AI browser called Comet: "Browse at the speed of thought".

Cosmic Curiosity
  • On the power of repeated movements of craft.
