[Weekly Retro] Consistent. Even if you fail.

#286 - Nov.2026

Weekly Retro is a short e-mail with a wrap-up of ideas from the week, interesting links I found, and food for thought before you head off for the weekend.

Happy Saturday!

Small insight on Creativity:

Think about the most creative people in history. Think about their body of work. Most of their work was not famous. In fact, if you measure only by their success rate, they are all on the lower end. For example, Picasso made thousands of pieces and only 0.7% were a big success.

Creativity is not about success. Is about putting the work to create and express something. Seth Godin put it really well in his book The Song of Significance: “Value Contributors aren’t consistently right, they’re consistently contributing.”

Consistent. Even if you fail.
