Trust triangle

Trust is at the core of almost everything we do - including product value propositions.
A value proposition is not only a promise about what you are committing to deliver but is a social contract built on trust. If you are selling a new product to a market or pitching a new idea inside your company, trust is one of your most important currencies.
The "Trust Triangle" is always a good reminder of what core things to consider:
- Being authentic (showing your real self; yes, including your limitations)
- Being logical (your reasoning makes sense and is supported by evidence)
- Having empathy (truly understanding and caring about others' needs)
When trust is broken, it is usually due to the lack of one of these 3 things.
