As technology evolves, people designing and developing products have a bigger responsibility for how they affect people’s health, privacy, and inclusion.
Each decision should balance customer experience with ethical principles. "Should we build it" must come before "how great this experience will be!".
The priority should be: ethics > functional solutions > delightful experiences. Not the reverse.
