But here's the catch.

Here's the reality we need to face: repetitive, low-value tasks are disappearing today through automation. What's left requires what technology can't replicate: human judgment, creativity, and connections:

- Resilience, flexibility and agility: Adapting to change while others resist it
- Leadership and social influence: Building trust and inspiring action in uncertain times
- Creative thinking: Connecting ideas across different domains to solve new problems
Future professionals will thrive by combining their humanity while using technology as their co-pilot.
