Humans are needed
#251 - May.2025
Humans will still be needed in the future!
This is the key finding from the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report.
But here's the catch.
It reveals something more interesting: the skills that make us most valuable aren't technical. They're deeply human.
Here's the reality we need to face: repetitive, low-value tasks are disappearing today through automation. What's left requires what technology can't replicate: human judgment, creativity, and connections:
- Analytical thinking: Asking the right questions and going deeper
- Resilience, flexibility and agility: Adapting to change while others resist it
- Leadership and social influence: Building trust and inspiring action in uncertain times
- Creative thinking: Connecting ideas across different domains to solve new problems
Future professionals will thrive by combining their humanity while using technology as their co-pilot.
Re-skilling has never been so important as today.
