💡 Here is a quick idea before you head off to the weekend:

Adaptability is the new competitive advantage. 

Well…this was true back in [2011](https://hbr.org/2011/07/adaptability-the-new-competitive-advantage?ref=cesarrg.com). 

AI hasn't changed the fundamentals of adaptive advantage— but it amplified them. 

The best companies and teams will combine:

- Quick reaction to context signals
- Rapid experimentation
- Flexible and empowered teams

It is not just about adopting AI tools, but building organizations that can detect, experiment, connect, and move faster than others. 

The pace has changed, but the principles remain.
