Hi there! 

💡 Here is a quick idea for the weekend:

Start with a **journey**. 

There are tons of business challenges that you can solve by walking the customer's journey. 

**Simple yet powerful.** 

**Adapt it** to your context. While you can start with the basics (you can check my template [here](https://www.cesarrg.com/free-e-books/)), you can - and should - transform it to whatever fits your discovery goals. 

Just the simple action of creating a journey will immediately force you to **abstract** often complex processes. 

A journey sets you into the right mental model to **design *for* people.**
