Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

Stakeholders-led prioritization is very common.

Many teams focus on stakeholders - driven by strategy & business constraints - rather than the users that will use your product.

Remember that [customers do not really care](https://www.cesarrg.com/customer-do-not-really-care/) about your business strategy. Customers are much more interested in finding trustworthy people (and companies) to get their problems solved.

Listen to them. Constantly.
