💡 Here is a quick idea for the weekend:

The traditional way of managing products does not work for great AI-driven products.

Success in AI product development comes not from building entire & complex solutions upfront, but from identifying and refining features that demonstrate clear value in **small steps**.

It's about fully embracing **experimentation**, creating solutions in days, not weeks.

This is a big shift in how we do product discovery where we tend to invest a huge amount of effort upfront. Instead, focusing on having a direct and efficient stream of feedback from customers at each iteration has never been so important as today.

Small & quick steps. Recurrent. Continuous learning.
