Happy Friday!

Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

We tend to focus our energy in *solutioning*. But [*problematizing*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Problematization?ref=cesarrg.com)is also part of the journey of designing great products & services.

You problematize by indicating a gap or establishing a hypothesis. You raise [questions](https://www.cesarrg.com/being-right/). You become curious to know what's beneath the common knowledge. You challenge your own [mental models](https://www.cesarrg.com/mental-models/).

This helps create the frame of your problem. This is critical for an effective execution.

Don't anticipate a solution to a problem you don't yet understand.
