Happy Friday!

Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

Lateral thinking generates creative solutions. These are questions that we can ask frequently to promote this type of thinking: 

- What if \[fill in an alternative\]?
- What makes us believe \[statement\] is true?
- What other fields can teach us about this problem?
- What metaphor can we use to simplify the understanding of this problem?
- Has a different industry solved already a similar problem?
- What are the first principles behind the constraints we are facing?
