Happy Friday!

Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

Leverage the power of affordances to turn digital experiences more intuitive.

Affordances exploit our common relations and interactions with objects showing users the actions they can take. Basically, it aligns expectations with your product's behavior. 

It is about balancing the promises you make and how your product meets such promises. This is what allows applications to go *instructionless*.

Then, it becomes natural...and creates trust bonds with customers.
