Happy Friday!

💡 Here is a quick idea before you head off to the weekend:

**Do we really need to automate everything?**

It's tempting to automate every part of the product or service experience.

Sure, human to human interactions might seem inefficient at first.

But it is precisely these types of interactions that offer **opportunities to create "wow" moments.**

Moments we connect with customers.

Moments where we **create trust bonds.**

I think that a far better mental model is: search for the best part of your experience where a **human touchpoint can make all the difference.**

Often, many of the best innovations are just **human connections.**

**Framing**

> Framing is the art of context, the craft of shaping perception. It’s how we present information, the lens through which we invite others to view the world. Like a photographer choosing what’s in the frame, we constantly decide what to emphasize, minimize, or leave out. These often unconscious choices profoundly influence how others understand and respond.
