They can create new norms and mold how people behave.

Every product should have a strong story behind it. In [Chris Do's](https://www.thefutur.com/people/chris-do?ref=cesarrg.com) words: "*a product without a story is a commodity.*"

People don't buy just the product - they buy the story behind it.

A story that customers can relate and want to become part of.

A story they want to share with others.
