When was the last time you asked this question?

As technology evolves, people designing and developing products have a bigger **responsibility** for how they affect people’s health, privacy, and inclusion.

Each decision should balance customer experience with [ethical principles](https://www.cesarrg.com/weekly-retro-ethical-design/). *"Should we build it"* must come before *"how great this experience will be!".*

The priority should be: ethics > functional solutions > delightful experiences. Not the reverse.

Your decisions matter.
