One of the biggest challenges in highly complex and ambiguous projects is the lack of a consistent **shared context**. Some effects of this:

- Teams start working without clarity on the **real problem** they want to solve
- People jump into problem-solving mode using **wrong assumptions**
- Teams **don't react to new information** or seek to turn assumptions into clear evidence
- The **interpretation of outcomes varies** widely across team members

The effort put into making sure everyone shares the same context is never wasted.

It's not just about sharing information. It's about creating a **common understanding** of what success means.
