January is a month for setting goals.

We all engage in personal reflections on what went well and what we are looking forward to for the new year. 

You can take this personal exercise to your professional practice to continue serving customers through your product or service.

Some questions to keep in mind that will improve your product & team: 

- What is consuming energy that you can rather invest in learning more about your customers?
- What you could start doing today to learn more about the problem you are solving?
- What is blocking your team from experimenting more?
- What mechanisms should you eliminate? (many of them are just distractions)
- What would you pilot even knowing that you could fail?
- What are 2-3 things you can do to increase your knowledge of the industry you work in?

Every year brings a fresh start. Your customers count on you!
