**Inside-out vs. out-side?** 

Many companies still follow an **inside-out** approach:

- They lock themselves in conference and design rooms
- Develop ideas based on assumptions
- Launch products hoping for positive feedback
- Spend months developing before validating

The most successful companies work **outside-in**:

- They start by listen to their ecosystem
- Start by deeply understand the problem
- Absorb this knowledge to generate ideas
- Test concepts quickly before full development

This shift in mindset makes all the difference
