# Humans are needed

**Humans** will still be needed in the future!

This is the key finding from the [World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report](https://reports.weforum.org/docs/WEF%5FFuture%5Fof%5FJobs%5FReport%5F2025.pdf?ref=cesarrg.com). 

But here's the catch.

It reveals something more interesting: the skills that make us most valuable aren't technical. They're deeply human.

Here's the reality we need to face: repetitive, low-value tasks are disappearing today through automation. What's left requires what technology can't replicate: human judgment, creativity, and connections: 

- **Analytical thinking**: Asking the right questions and going deeper
- **Resilience, flexibility and agility**: Adapting to change while others resist it
- **Leadership and social influence**: Building trust and inspiring action in uncertain times
- **Creative thinking**: Connecting ideas across different domains to solve new problems

Future professionals will thrive by combining their **humanity** while using technology as their co-pilot.

**Re-skilling** has never been so important as today.
