# Cost to implement

When building becomes cheap, the **challenge shifts** from "how to do it" (implementation) to "what to do" (creativity) or "[should we do it](https://www.cesarrg.com/should-we-built-it/)" (ethics). 

**Speed** matters in this context. Being first with a good idea often beats being perfect with a great one. The advantage of being first gives you the chance to learn and iterate faster. 

In this new world, creativity, critical thinking, and vision become our **scarcest** resources. 

The cost to implement new ideas will not be the constraint. Finding the best ideas will.
