Both our professional and personal lives are about *Change*. We learn and develop new skills; we iterate to find our passion; we pivot our strategy on how we might solve a business problem.

Some years ago, while studying how professional services firms work, I got to know a variation of the famous change formula that became a simple reminder:

Change is a function of acknowledging a *Dissatisfaction* (D) or desire to make a shift. This desire must be driven by a *Model* (M) or vision of the future. However, your vision should have a clear *Process* (P) and plan on how to get there.

But, what about the final factor Ɛ? Well, that is just a bit of *Luck* added (or rather serendipity) to achieve your goals : )
