Hi there!

Reporting back after a long period offline. I really appreciate your patience on waiting for news! 

I'm starting to ramp-up up again the [newsletter](https://www.cesarrg.com/tag/weeklyretro/). There are a ton of things I've been working on and exploring lately that I would like to share with you:

- I've been improving even more my [AI Chief-of-Staff](https://www.cesarrg.com/how-i-built-my-ai-chief-of-staff/) agentic workflow, adding better guardrails and auditability mechanisms (decision logs, LLM-wiki pattern, etc). The new flow is helping me a lot to offload many of the coordination work across product & engineering teams.
- I'm exploring [creativity](https://www.cesarrg.com/tag/creativity/) frameworks and trying to understand how our creative skill fits into a world where AI is taking over more and more of the simple/repetitive tasks. I truly believe that [curating](https://www.cesarrg.com/design-taste/) will be a big part of the creative process in the future as we iterate more with tools that will speed up the idea-to-reality cycle.
- Thinking more about how Product Strategy is evolving and the principles around how how users will interact with AI-first products. [Outcome-driven experiences](https://www.cesarrg.com/when-products-think-navigating-the-ai-product-shift/) are now a reality but are people ready to fully engage through these types of experiences? I'm trying to figure out how to make this transition more smooth.
- I'm working on packaging more [know-how content](https://www.cesarrg.com/start-here/) to share. There are so many techniques and tools I use daily and I'm surprise on how many people haven't heard of them. I would like to make it easier on you to discover these tools.
