Tobi Lütke's [latest internal memo](https://x.com/tobi/status/1909251946235437514?ref=cesarrg.com) at Shopify gives a good glance of the dimension of the changes on how technology is transforming the way we design and deliver solutions.

It's an invitation to **experiment more**.

An invitation to explore how we can become a 10X version of ourselves. 

As mentioned before, I think we are at the start of one of the biggest **creative revolutions** ever. An opportunity to reshape our [mental models](https://www.cesarrg.com/when-products-think-navigating-the-ai-product-shift/). 

Turning AI usage into a fundamental expectation in anyone's work is an invitation to become **curious about the possibilities**.

*"Before asking for more headcount and resources, teams must demonstrate why they cannot get what they want done using AI."*

Yes, sounds intimidating. 

But until we explore the boundaries and engage in this type of discussion, we risk falling behind this big opportunity window.

- Removing historical constraints during our design process
- Solving problems in a completely new way
- Expanding ownership boundaries across roles to focus on true collaboration
